There are so many influences that originate from both nature and people that affect both the smell and taste of a wine. Tonight, you'll taste wines made from the same grapes - but from different places and with different winemaking techniques - to demonstrate those unique influences. Who knows, maybe you'll change your mind about Chardonnay!
